Well, we satisfied our craving for sugar in France at the Boulangerie Patisserie. (Kathleen really likes to go around saying "patisserie" all the time now.) Mmm! Good stuff. Kathleen had her first Naploleon and Brittany enjoyed a tasty creme brulee. Bon apetite!

Oh, that's not just any medallion. It's Aztec gold. One of 882 pieces they delivered in a stone chest to Cortez himself. Blood money paid to stem the slaughter he wreaked upon them. (You should see me in the moonlight now.) Hahaha!
